Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Reid brings extensive experience across government contracting, defense procurement, project management, manufacturing, and operational support. Having worked directly in U.S. Government contracting and overseas defense procurement environments, Reid understands the complexities of federal acquisition, compliance requirements, supplier relationships, and mission-critical sourcing. In addition to government experience, Reid has successfully managed commercial projects and worked within the manufacturing industry, supporting the design, production, and delivery of custom signage, identification systems, and specialty products. This unique combination of hands-on operational, manufacturing, and procurement expertise enables Reid to lead the company with a practical, customer-focused approach dedicated to delivering reliable solutions and mission-ready results.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Leigh brings extensive experience in manufacturing, signage production, installation services, and business operations. Having spent years managing projects, coordinating production schedules, and delivering custom signage and identification solutions, Leigh has developed a strong understanding of quality control, customer service, and operational efficiency. As a co-owner of a successful manufacturing and signage company, Leigh has helped lead projects ranging from custom facility signage and wayfinding systems to large-scale identification and branding solutions. Her hands-on industry experience and commitment to excellence play a vital role in ensuring the company's ability to deliver reliable products and exceptional service to government, commercial, and private-sector clients.
